YouTube Personal Trainer

Details

The project involves creating a fitness application that uses workout videos from YouTube. The frontend application is developed using the Flutter framework, TensorFlow Lite, and an AI Posture Estimation module called MoveNet.

The application uses the device's camera to capture body movements, which are then converted into keypoints. This keypoints data is sent back to the backend server for comparison.

My primary responsibility involves designing and implementing the entire frontend mobile application.

The project has been awarded the 2nd Runner-up for the HKUST CPEG Best Final Year Project Award 2023-2024, and is listed on the HKUST Computer Engineering Program website, at ****https://cpeg.hkust.edu.hk/eng/enrichment_highlight/fyp.html.
